Vivo has formally revealed the main features of its next smartphone, the Vivo V50e. The gadget will have a 120Hz refresh rate “Ultra-Slim” quad-curved AMOLED display.

Camera

The smartphone’s 50MP front camera, which can shoot 4K video and is also a feature of the rear camera system, seems to be its main selling point. The V50e will also have the “Wedding Portrait Studio” feature, which is specific to India and already well-liked in the brand’s V-series lineup, as an extra perk for Indian consumers.

AI Integration

In terms of integrating AI, the V50e has a number of clever features designed to simplify tasks and enhance user satisfaction. While AI Note Assist assists with text translation, action point extraction, and content summarization, the AI Image Expander lets users stretch an image’s edges. AI Transcript Assist also makes it possible to convert audio to text with integrated search and summarization features. Additionally, Google’s gesture-based Circle to Search feature for visual searches will be supported on the phone.

Storage and RAM

The MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, which is based on a 4nm technology, is anticipated to power the smartphone. It will be available with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. From the beginning, the Vivo V50e will run Funtouch OS 15, which is based on Android 15.
