The release date of Jitendra Kumar’s cult hit Panchayat season 4 has been announced by Prime Video
Jitendra Kumar’s lively interaction with Gia Manek and various influencers in the much-anticipated announcement video for Panchayat Season 4 has grabbed everyone’s attention. After the tremendous success of its three previous seasons, Panchayat has firmly established itself as a fan favorite. Now, as the series marks its five-year milestone, the creators have thrilled audiences with an exciting video unveiling the upcoming season, sending fans into a frenzy.
Prime Video made the much-awaited announcement on April 3 through Instagram, where they teamed up with social media influencers like Bhupendra Jogi and Darshan Magdum to reveal the release date of Season 4. The video featured actress Gia Manek, famously known for portraying Gopi Bahu in Saath Nibhana Saathiya, humorously washing books and playfully claiming that Panchayat has taken credit for every meme trending on social media. She even poked fun at the widely popular phrase “Ek-ek chai hojaaye” by dismissing it as just a regular sentence.
Jitendra Kumar then took center stage, making a witty remark about how the internet constantly seeks memes that go viral worldwide. Urging people not to chase virality but rather create genuine moments, he seamlessly switched from his Panchayat character Abhishek to Jeetu Bhai from Kota Factory, quipping, “Panchayat has turned five now; where do you see yourself in five years?” He then revealed that the latest season will arrive later this year. This led to Gia jokingly asking if they could sip green tea while sitting atop a water tank. However, instead of answering, Jitendra amusingly ran away, adding to the playful tone of the announcement. The video concluded with the makers officially confirming that the show will premiere on July 2.
