OPPO is getting ready to introduce the next generation of A-series smartphones to international markets. Ahead of its release, the OPPO A3x was discovered today in the Geekbench, TUV Rheinland, and NBTC certification databases.
OPPO A3x NBTC Certification
The NBTC certification from Thailand attests to OPPO’s impending global release of a smartphone bearing the model number CPH2641. Additionally, the certification indicates that OPPO plans to launch the device under the OPPO A3x brand.
In addition, the certification reveals that GSM, WCDMA, and LTE connectivity would be included in the handset from OPPO. Additionally, they have seen the gadget in the TUV Rheinland certification, indicating that the future smartphone will have a battery with a rating of 4970mAh.
It is expected that the device would launch with a 45W SuperVOOC fast charging technology and a 5,000mAh standard value battery. A3x has received 1181 points in multi-core tests and 344 points in single-core tests, according to the Geekbench database. An Adreno 610 GPU, a Bengal motherboard, and an octa-core SoC with a base clock speed of 2.02GHz will power the smartphone.
The IDs in the database attest to OPPO’s decision to include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC and 8GB of RAM in the handset. Out of the box, the smartphone will run Android 14, which is probably based on Colour OS 14.
Four Kryo 265 Gold (Cortex A73) and four Kryo 265 Silver (Cortex A55) cores operating at 2.4GHz and 1.9GHz, respectively, are featured in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC. The gadget features four cores operating at 2.02GHz and an additional four operating at 2.11GHz, according to the Geekbench listing, suggesting that OPPO would employ a slightly overclocked SoC.
The 4GB + 128GB configuration of the gadget is confirmed by the FCC certification, which has also been observed on it. Additionally, OPPO plans to include a 5MP selfie camera and an 8MP rear camera on the smartphone. Alongside the OPPO A3m 5G, which was just certified by TENAA, OPPO is also developing a 5G model.
