The last person we would have expected to see out shopping for an RV is entertainment personality, Sean Borg, who is usually dressed in a tuxedo and bow-tie walking on red carpets in Hollywood.
The ex-‘TMZ on TV’ reporter — turned ‘Trivago Guy’ was spotted in Cathedral City, near Palm Springs, California test driving large serval motorhomes, including a nifty Thor Hurricane ‘A-Class’ at the top dealership — Mike Thompson RV.
2019 was busy for 52–year–old Borg, who is one of the recognizable faces from the popular Trivago campaigns. Rumor has it; the handsome Brit’ has signed on to co-host a new travel series with the American production company, Netflix, though this is yet to be confirmed by Sean’s representatives.
At 6-foot-1 — fit-framed, Borg cut a casual but stylish figure dressed in a turquoise V–Neck sweater with matching corduroy pants, and trendy plaid baseball boots as he walked around the recreational vehicle before test-driving it. As he drove the vehicle, he chuckled as he struggled to park the large ‘A-Class’ motorhome.
RVing began after the first world war; ingenuity saw that packing a tent, blankets, and cooking gear into cars made free travel convenient. Over the past few years, along with the “tiny-home” boom, RV living became popular again with top celebrities splashing out hundreds of thousands of dollars fancy RVs, fifth wheels, and pop-up trailers in search of peace and tranquility in the outdoors.
It’s unclear if Sean bought the RV he test drove; however, close sources say he plans to hit the road at the end of March, this year.
