The Xiaomi Mix Fold 4’s debut date has officially been revealed by Xiaomi. Later this week, the foldable will be unveiled in China alongside the Redmi K70 Ultra.It is known that the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 has a water-resistant design certified IPX8. Along with co-engineered quad rear camera arrangement, it will support 50W wireless charging. Improvements over the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 will be seen in the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4.
Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 Launch Date Revealed
Xiaomi revealed on Weibo that the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 would make its debut in China on July 19 at 7:00 p.m. local time (4:30 p.m. IST). As previously reported, the posters indicate that blue and white hues would be available for the foldable. It is rumoured to weigh 226 grammes and have a narrow profile of 9.47 mm. It has a quad-camera Leica Summilux configuration with two telephoto dual macro cameras and a 5X periscope device. It is IPX8 rated waterproof and offers 50W wireless charging.
It has been revealed that the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 would have a carbon body with a T800H carbon fibre hinge and up to 5,500MPa of stiffness.
On July 19, Xiaomi will also release the Redmi K70 Ultra in addition to the Mix Fold 4. A 1.5K AMOLED screen with thin bezels and a refresh rate of 144Hz is hinted at. The screen is advertised as having unified DC dimming and 3,840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
The Mix Fold 4 and Mix Flip will be released this month, according to information disclosed last week by Xiaomi’s founder and CEO, Lei Jun.
It is anticipated that Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC would power the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4. It is expected to have a primary rear camera with 50 megapixels. It might have a 5,000mAh battery inside.
