A few weeks after being first unveiled in China, the Oppo Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro were launched on Tuesday in a few chosen international countries. The international versions of the phones are somewhat comparable to their Chinese equivalents. Nonetheless, MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Energy SoCs power the Oppo Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro globally. The MediaTek Dimensity 8250 Star Speed Edition SoC and MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ Star Speed Edition chipset power the Reno 12 range in China.
Oppo Reno 12, Reno 12 Pro price
The single 12GB + 256GB model of the Oppo Reno 12 costs EUR 499.99, or approximately Rs. 44,700. In the meantime, the 12GB + 256GB variant of the Oppo Reno 12 Pro is priced at EUR 599.99 (about Rs. 53,700).
While the Pro model comes in Nebula Silver and Space Brown hues, the Oppo Reno 12 is only available in Astro Silver and Matte Brown colour options.

The Oppo Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro global versions have 6.7-inch full-HD+ (2,412 x 1,080 pixels) curved OLED panels with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a peak brightness level of up to 1,200 nits. Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protects the display of the standard model, while Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protects the display of the Pro variation.
The MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Energy chipsets powering the two Oppo Reno 12 models are coupled with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. They come with ColorOS 14.1 based on Android 14.
The Oppo Reno 12 has a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide lens, a 2-megapixel macro shooter on the back, and a 32-megapixel sensor on the front when it comes to its camera setup. The primary and ultrawide cameras on the Oppo Reno 12 Pro are comparable to those on the entry-level model. The smartphone’s front camera is a 50-megapixel sensor, and the Pro variant’s third camera is a 50-megapixel telephoto lens.
The 5,000mAh batteries found in the Oppo Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro are compatible with 80W wired SuperVOOC charging. In addition, the phones have USB Type-C, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, Bluetooth 5.4, Beidou, 5G, and Wi-Fi 6.
