Citroen India has introduced the latest version of the Aircross SUV, featuring a series of updates designed to improve safety, comfort, and overall driving experience. With a starting price of ₹8.49 lakh (ex-showroom), the vehicle is now open for bookings, and deliveries are scheduled to begin on October 8.
The new Citroen Aircross offers two petrol engine options, providing buyers with a range of performance choices. One option is the 1.2-litre Gen-3 Puretech 110 turbocharged engine, delivering an impressive output of 110bhp and 190Nm of torque. This engine is paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission, giving drivers the flexibility to choose their preferred driving experience. The other option is the 1.2-litre Puretech 82 naturally aspirated engine, which produces 82bhp and 110Nm of torque. This engine is combined with a 5-speed manual gearbox, catering to those who prefer a more traditional driving feel.

The SUV is now equipped with six airbags, ensuring the safety of all passengers in the event of a collision. The exterior of the Aircross has been upgraded with LED projector headlamps, improving visibility, especially during nighttime driving. The vehicle is also equipped with automatic air conditioning with climate control, ensuring a comfortable cabin environment regardless of external temperatures. Inside, Citroen has made several improvements to enhance the convenience and comfort of both the driver and passengers. The power window switches have been moved to the doors for easier access, and grab handles have been added to the passenger side for added comfort. Power-folding ORVMs provide extra convenience, while the inclusion of a rear AC vent ensures improved airflow to the backseat passengers, enhancing the overall comfort during travel.
The Citroen Aircross offers flexible seating arrangements to accommodate different needs. Available in both a 5-seater and a 5+2 seating configuration, the vehicle can easily adapt to the requirements of larger families or groups. When the third row of seats is removed, the boot capacity expands to 511 litres, providing ample storage space for luggage, groceries, or any other items you may need to transport.
