Motorola has introduced the Edge 50 Pro, a new smartphone model, in India. According to Motorola, the smartphone has an AI-powered Pro-Grade camera that captures real colours and a wide variety of human skin tones that have been verified by Pantone.
Motorola Edge 50 Pro: Essential attributes
The Edge 50 Pro has a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 CPU and is available with 256GB of storage and 8GB or 12GB of RAM. The phone is powered by Hello UI, which is based on Android 14. The phone has a sizable 6.7-inch pOLED screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz. According to Motorola, this display is the first in the world to have superior colour accuracy verified by Pantone.
With a primary 50MP sensor for OIS, a 13MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 10MP telephoto sensor with 3X optical zoom, the smartphone boasts a triple rear camera setup. There’s a 50MP camera up front for taking selfies.
One example is AI Adaptive stabilisation, which uses AI to detect movement during filming and modifies the stabilisation level accordingly. Another option is Intelligent Auto Focus Tracking, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) to maintain focus on the topic even as it moves across the frame in order to produce clear, sharp films.
The 4500mAh battery of the Motorola Edge 50 Pro may be charged quickly using connected 125W power. In just fifteen minutes, according to Motorola, the phone may be fully charged. Additionally, wireless charging of up to 50W is supported.
Three colour options for the phone are Luxe Lavender, Moonlight Pearl, and Black Beauty.
