Without disclosing the new phone’s name or release date, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer hinted to its coming on social media on Tuesday, April 9. There are rumours that the next phone will be the Moto G64. It might replace the Moto G54 5G, which made its debut in India last year.

Furthermore, the Moto G64 5G has surfaced on Geekbench. In single-core testing, the listing displays 1,026 points, and in multi-core CPU tests, 2,458 points. The listing indicates that the phone may come with Android 14 and 12GB of RAM.
Additionally, the listing reveals that the Moto G64 5G has an octa-core chipset with a maximum clock speed of 2.50GHz. It is thought that this chipset is the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 SoC.
September of last year saw the launch of the Moto G54 5G in India, with a starting price of Rs. 15,999. The business reduced the price of the handset by up to Rs. 3,000 earlier this year. Operating on a MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC, it features a 6.5-inch full-HD+ display with a dynamic refresh rate of 120Hz. It also offers a maximum of 256GB of onboard storage and up to 12GB of RAM. It features two rear cameras, the primary one being a 50-megapixel sensor, and is powered by a 6,000mAh battery.
