In advance of the festive season, multi-room wireless speaker manufacturer Sonos introduced two smart speakers in India on Friday. The Era 300 and Era 100 smart speakers were presented in the nation by the Santa Barbara, California-based manufacturer of music equipment. The organization describes the more expensive Era 300 as a “revolutionary” speaker for out loud spatial audio with Dolby Atmos, and it appears that the Sonos Era is a Sonos One upgrade. Starting on October 15 (Sunday), pre-orders for both smart speakers will be accepted through the business’ web store. The plastic used to make the Era 300 and Era 100 speakers is post-consumer recycled (PCR).
The Echo range from Amazon now dominates the smart speaker market in India. Google, Lenovo, and Marshall are some more well-known participants in the market.
