Chiranjeevi Comes Back in Hyderabad:
On Friday night, Chiranjeevi made his way back to Hyderabad and met the media at the airport. “I would like to thank everyone for having a hand in me receiving a Padma Vibhushan today,” he remarked, greeting everyone from producers to co-stars to directors. Years of work have gone into it, and I’m happy the government recognized that. Putting my causes aside, my loved ones brought me to this point.
Many celebrities from Tollywood have stated over the years that they believe the late actor-politician Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR) should be awarded a posthumous Bharat Ratna. In response to a question concerning the matter, he said, “Like MGR (MG Ramachandran), I also think NTR deserves a Bharat Ratna.” I hope the government gives it some thought, and I’m excited for it to come to pass.
Upcoming Projects:
With Trisha Krishnan as his co-star, Chiranjeevi is now working on Mallidi Vassishta’s socio-fantasy film Vishwambhara. The movie is now in production and will be released during Sankranthi in the following year. Ram is shooting for Kiara Advani’s role in Shankar’s Game Changer. Additionally, he has accepted initiatives led by Sukumar and Buchi Babu Sana.
