The Realme GT 5 Pro is set to launch in China on December 5th, and the manufacturer has officially confirmed some important details of this high-end smartphone.

According to Gizmochina, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has announced that the Realme GT 5 Pro would support USB 3.2 and have up to 1 TB of storage, resulting in transfer speeds of up to 10 GB/s. Furthermore, Realme announced that the GT 5 Pro will be the company’s first phone to run Android 14 and come with Realme UI 5.0. It will also receive three years of Android OS upgrades and four years of security upgrades. The company did this while generating joy for its phone in the GT lineup through posts on the Chinese website Weibo.

Furthermore, Realme has announced that the Realme GT 5 Pro will receive a significant AI boost in the form of an AI assistant. This AI assistant will be built around an undisclosed AI model that has been trained on seven billion parameters.

According to 91Mobiles, the 6.78-inch AMOLED display on the Realme GT 5 Pro is anticipated to have 1.5 K resolution, a peak brightness of 4500 nits, and an adaptive refresh rate of 144 Hz.

The recently released Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU combined with an Adreno GPU is reportedly what would power the smartphone. Additionally, up to 24 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage may be included with the GT 5 Pro.

The next GT 5 Pro may have three cameras on its back: an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50 MP primary camera with OIS capability. For video calls and selfies, the device’s front camera may have a resolution of 32 MP.

91Mobiles cited an internet listing for the Realme GT 5 Pro, stating that the smartphone was sold for RMB 3,499, or about ₹40,900.
