The forthcoming, reasonably priced TECNO POP 9 5G smartphone will go on sale in India on September 24, according to TECNO’s confirmation.

Pricing for the POP 9 5G is anticipated to be in the sub-Rs 10,000 range. According to TECNO, the device will retail for Rs x,499, which implies that it may cost Rs 9,499 in total.
The POP 9 5G will come equipped with an LED torch and a 48MP Sony IMX582 rear camera. A 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W cable fast charging will power the smartphone.
The MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G SoC, which is made using a 6nm process, will power the phone. It will provide virtual RAM extension, 8GB of internal storage, and up to 4GB of RAM. There will be two variants of the smartphone available: 4GB+128GB and 4GB+64GB.
The POP 9 5G will have a 120Hz refresh rate flat LCD panel with a punch hole cutout in the centre. It will include a twin speaker system with support for Dolby Atmos and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The phone will be the first in the category to come with NFC connection, it is also disclosed. In order to guard against water splashes, the POP 9 5G will also have IP54 dust and water resistance.
