Future Automobiles for August 2024: August will see the introduction of at least five new vehicles, including the Mahindra Thar 5-Door (Roxx), Citroen Basalt, and Tata Curvv. Let’s examine the impending August 2024 vehicle launches.

1. Nissan X-Trail

August 2024 is when the fourth-generation Nissan X-Trail is scheduled to go on sale. There will be a CBU model available. The company is planning to introduce 150 X-Trail units first. It is anticipated to cost between Rs 40 and Rs 45 lakh, ex-showroom.

2. Basalt Citroen

Basalt, Citroen’s newest offering, will soon be available in India. Its foundation will be the CMP architecture. This SUV has a coupe-like shape and a sharply retracted roofline that gives it a dynamic appearance. It is anticipated to go on sale on August 2 and come equipped with a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol engine.

3. Curvv EV and Tata Curvv

August 2024 will see the release of Tata Motors’ forthcoming coupe SUV, known as Curvv. It will come with an ICE or an EV engine. August 7th is the scheduled launch date. While the Curvv electric is probably going to have two battery pack options, the ICE-powered Curvv is anticipated to have three engine options.

4. Mahindra Thar Roxx

The Thar Roxx, one of the year’s most anticipated vehicles, will go on sale on August 15. The 5-door Mahindra Thar Roxx is a more practical vehicle than the present Thar since it has more doors, a longer wheelbase, new design components, and updated amenities.

5. Lamborghini Urus SE Hybrid

On August 9, Lamborghini intends to introduce the Urus SE Hybrid, the company’s top-of-the-line model, in India. It will include new exterior design elements above the base Urus model in addition to extra features like a central 12.3-inch touchscreen. It is anticipated to come with a plug-in hybrid powertrain and a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine.

6. Cabriolet Mercedes-Benz CLE

On August 8, Mercedes-Benz will introduce the CLE Cabriolet to the Indian market. Based on Mercedes’ Modular Rear Architecture (MRA) platform, this new convertible is structurally similar to the future E-Class and the present C-Class. The CLE 300 4MATIC and the CLE 450 4MATIC are the two versions that are probably going to be available.

7. MATIC Coupe Mercedes-AMG GLC 43

On August 8, Mercedes-Benz will also introduce the redesigned AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe in India in addition to the CLE Cabriolet. Based on the GLC, the AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe has a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder turbocharged engine with mild hybrid technology.
