This October, Vivo plans to launch its newest smartphones, the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro, in China. The Vivo X100 and X100 Pro, which debuted in October 2023 with the Dimensity 9300 chipset, will be replaced by these versions.
Vivo X200, X200 Pro leaked screen sizes
A trustworthy Weibo source, Digital Chat Station, has revealed information regarding the screens of both handsets. According to rumours, the Vivo X200 will have a 6.4-inch flat screen with a 1.5K resolution, while the Vivo X200 Pro would have a 6.7-inch display that is somewhat curved.
The Vivo X200 Pro sets itself apart with a discreetly curved screen design that has consistent curvature around the edges and thin bezels. Unlike regular models, which usually have a straight screen with a four-sided curved cover, this design is different.
The Vivo X200 is said to have three cameras total, with the 50MP primary camera taking centre stage. A periscope telephoto camera with a 3x optical zoom may also be included. Notably, Vivo’s unique image technology will be integrated into this model, making it the company’s first flagship device.
It is expected that the Vivo X200 would come with an optical in-screen fingerprint scanner, but the Pro model might choose to use an ultrasonic one instead. Not much is known about the Pro model, such as how big the battery is or what other features it has.
Vivo X200, Vivo X200 Pro: Expected Price
The Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro are scheduled to launch in October, however the exact cost has not yet been announced. According to industry estimates, the Vivo X200 Pro may cost more than Rs. 90,000, putting it in the premium range. On the other hand, given its smaller screen size, the regular X200 is probably going to be more reasonably priced. As the launch date draws near, additional details should become available.
