Renders of a brand-new Oppo smartphone known as the Oppo A3 Pro 5G were released last week by trustworthy tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer (also known as @onleaks). The design and colour options of the A3 Pro 5G have been revealed by the brand, along with the formal announcement of the launch date in China.

Oppo has revealed that the upcoming Oppo A3 Pro smartphone will make its debut in China on April 12 at 2:30 PM local time through its official Weibo account. Redmi will launch the Redmi Turbo 3 ahead of the A3 Pro on April 10, and Realme, an Oppo subsidiary, will launch the GT Neo 6 SE smartphone on April 11.

The Oppo A3 Pro’s three colour options—Azure, Yun Jin Powder (rose), and Mountain Blue—have also been revealed by the brand. According to the design, the Yun Jin Powder (rose) and Mountain Blue colour options will have vegan leather backs, while the Azure colour option would have a glass finish.

Although the new device’s features and specifications are yet unknown, we do know that it will have a 6.7-inch display and dimensions 162.7 x 74.5 x 7.8 mm. Its front will include an ultra-thin bezel around a punch-hole camera in the centre. Nevertheless, in order to have a sense of what to anticipate, let’s take a look at its predecessor, the Oppo A2 Pro.
