With the introduction of the Poco C61, a new entry-level smartphone, Poco has broadened its product line in India. The smartphone, which retails for Rs 6,999, has an LCD screen and a 5,000mAh battery. The glass-back Poco C61 is equipped with a MediaTek chipset.
A low-cost smartphone bearing the Redmi name was also introduced by Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi last month. The Redmi A3, which debuted at a starting price of Rs 7,299, is powered by a MediaTek CPU and features an HD+ display as well. This smartphone boasts a 5,000mAh battery and a glass-back design.
