In India, the Toyota Innova Hycross has had the most price increase, reaching up to Rs. 42,000 for all variants save the base model.
As is conventional in the automobile business at the beginning of a calendar year, Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has raised the pricing of its Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Innova Crysta, and Innova Hycross in the Indian market. The NeoDrive E grade, the entry-level model, now costs Rs. 28,000 more than the previous model.
The S Neo Drive, S AT Neo Drive, S Hybrid, V AWD Neo Drive, G Hybrid, and V Hybrid are now each Rs. 20,000 more expensive than the S CNG and G CNG trims, which have seen a price increase of Rs. 15,000. The costs of the G Neo Drive, G AT Neo Drive, V Neo Drive, and V AT Neo Drive, among other versions, have not changed from before.
The Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor, and other vehicles are competitors of the Hyryder in India. It comes with a 1.5-liter mild hybrid or 1.5-liter powerful hybrid petrol engine, as well as the option of CNG. This month, the standard Toyota Innova Crysta’s price has increased by up to Rs. 25,000.
There has been a 25,000 rupee price hike for the ZX and VX models. The base trim of the premium MPV now costs Rs. 19.99 lakh, while the highest model, the range-topper, costs Rs. 26.05 lakh (ex-showroom). A 2.4L four-cylinder diesel engine with a maximum power output of 150 PS and 343 Nm powers the Innova Crysta. It is only available with a five-speed manual transmission.
The Innova Hycross is the Toyota model with the highest price rise out of all of them. The price increase for the base GX model is Rs. 10,000, while the price increases for all higher trims are Rs. 42,000. The limited edition GX trim is no longer available in the lineup. The base price of the 2024 Toyota Innova Hycross is Rs. 19.77 lakh, while the top-spec variant costs Rs. 30.68 lakh (ex-showroom).
The MPV is supported by the modular TNGA-C platform and is driven by a 2.0L NA petrol engine or a 2.0L strong hybrid petrol engine. Early in 2026, it is probably going to give rise to the seven-seater Corolla Cross for India.
